Experienced Contract Recruiter Needed to Assist with Seasonal Hires in Fast paced, Call Center Environment
In this role you will assist the Recruiting Team by providing ongoing recruiting and hiring for seasonal sales and customer service agents. As contract recruiter you would assit with coordinating recruiting strategies, source candiates via internal and external data base, schedule interviews, extend offers based on established criteria, follow up on pre-employment with HR and applicants.
Duties and Responsibilities :
Sources and recruits seasonal applicants based on established criteria
Reviews resumes, prescreens qualified candidates and conducts interviews as needed.
Ensures candidate’s references are checked.
Ensures candidate’s background check, drug screen, etc., are performed in a timely manner.
Prepares job offer letters and ensures it is received with signature before hire.
Participates in various job and career fairs throughout the year to brand the company in the community and to recruit prospective candidates for current and future openings.
Assists with new hire orientation for all new hires.
Ensures all new hire paperwork is completed
Creates summary reports for staffing information.
Other duties as assigned.
Excellent oral and written communication skills. Microsoft Excel, Power Point, and Word experience. Computer literacy, experience with ATS.
