Schaeffler Group USA Inc., a dynamic global automotive & industrial supplier, is seeking a
to support the Human Resources Shared Services Group at our Corporate Office in Fort Mill.
This position will partner with hiring managers to develop and execute strategic recruiting plans for recruiting qualified diverse candidates in a timely and cost effective manner. This position will provide a broad range of service including recruiting, screening, interviewing and assessing candidates. Additional responsibilities include building and maintaining relationships and partnering with industry and trade organizations, colleges/universities, and diverse talent sources to develop pipeline for future staffing needs.
Qualified candidates will have:
A Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or Business related degree
Three years recruiting experience, preferably in a corporate manufacturing environment.
Must have working experience with MS office suite
Applicant tracking software experience required, TALEO preferred
Experience with Internet sourcing and job boards
Previous experience with Affirmative Action
Demonstrated ability to work independently, take initiative, and perform effectively in a fast-paced environment is essential
