Overview:
The Online Contract Specialist position oversees auction and contract flow. Responsible for overseeing the contract process, manage auction day issues and facilitate in the general flow of the contracts. This position requires the situational awareness of all sellers and current documents as well as best practices. This position requires the ability to multi-task within the fast pace of the auction environment and provide leadership to the auction day employees.

Responsibilities:
All areas of responsibility listed below are essential to the satisfactory performance of this position by any/all incumbents, with reasonable accommodation, if necessary. Any non-essential functions are assumed to be other related duties as assigned.

Be well versed in all areas of the auction and able to step in and help in any area.

Maintain online contract process, contracts out, contracts received, sent to closing, cancellations and earnest money received per auction event.

Diffuse customer issues in a professional manner.

Provide guidance and supervision to the corporate contract coordinators.

Work with closing department to ensure a smooth transition of files from production to operations.

Conduct meetings with contract team and other teams using online technology.

Delegate tasks associated with contract completion to corporate and casual online staff.

Oversee contract flow to minimize fall out.

Oversee auctions on occasional nights and weekends.

Qualifications:
Possession of a high school diploma or equivalent (GED).

Two (2) years of relevant experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Strong computer skills with excellent level of proficiency of Excel and Microsoft Office.

Provides solutions to challenges and maintains the ability to implement changes.

Possession of strong organizational skills. That sustain under a fast paced, ever changing environment.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Possess exceptional interpersonal communication skills.

Ability to work independently on assigned tasks as well as to accept direction on given assignments.

Able to work collectively with the administrative team associates.
