Reporting to the Head of Contracts, the Contracts Administrator will perform the following:

Contract Preparation and Negotiation – 50%:
Prepare initial drafts and negotiate commercial agreements for customer and vendor facing contracts: (Non-disclosure Agreements, Sales SaaS Agreements, and various low dollar vendor agreements, including review of customer/vendor proposed terms and conditions).

Serve as point of contact for customers/vendors on contractual matters. Act as contractual 'intermediary' between BloomReach employees and customers/vendors, ensuring timely review of contractual terms, efficient coordination and recording of internal approvals, reconciliation and incorporation of approved non-standard terms and conditions into contracts.

Post Contract Administration Support – 50%:
Duties shall include term population into contract repository, receipt and control of all contract correspondence, management of contract renewals, and amendments to reflect business needs, and recording history of modifications.

Ensure that signed contracts are communicated to all relevant parties to provide contract visibility and awareness.

Generation of status reports and other documents for all projects, (requires expert level ability to run pivot table reports and integration experience between Excel and contract management repository systems).

BA or BS degree. In lieu of degree, 4 years of relevant work experience.

Ability to work as a value-added team member in an ever-changing, start-up environment with competing priorities, managing numerous tasks quickly and accurately in a fast paced environment under deadline pressure.

At least 4-6 years in a contract negotiations role, with relevant work history in a software, internet or SaaS company.

At least 3-5 years in a contract administrator’s role, with relevant work history in contract database management, (e.g. uploading relevant terms into a contract database and running customized reports).

Work effectively with all levels of the organization including sales, marketing, IT, HR, finance, legal and product engagement management, building solid relationships with each group with an innovative, self-motivated, flexible, resourceful and get-it-done results orientation.

Strong communication and negotiation skills.
