Requires BS/BA degree in Business Administration or a related business discipline, or the equivalent of combination of education, professional training or work experience.
Professional certification (CPCM/CFCM) preferred.
Requires 5-8 years’ experience of related experience in contracts administration.
Proficient in MS Office tools.

Administers contracts, including negotiation, correspondence, documentation, certification, financial reporting and product delivery for assigned contracts.
Supports change proposal activities and negotiate changes to existing contracts.
Supports new business proposal activities. Reviews solicitation requests to ensure compliance with terms and conditions.
Reviews contractual documents to ensure adherence to company policies, government specifications, requirements and conformance to the master agreement.
Provides advice and interpretation of contract requirements.
Actively involved in the daily operations of the program office to meet schedules, resolve complex issues and responds to inquiries regarding contractual obligations.
Participates in special projects as required.
