REPORTS TO: Director, Accounting Services LOCATION: New York, NY Overview: Scarborough Research, the nation's premier source for consumer insights is looking for a talented individual to join the team at our New York, NY office as a Contracts Administrator. We measure the shopping patterns, lifestyles and media habits of consumers locally, regionally and nationally. From retail outlets to home improvement stores to cellular phone preferences to travel, Scarborough measurements detail the dynamic lives of American adults. Key Responsibilities: Responsible for preparation and verification of sales contracts and associated documentation to prepare a complete contract package Maintain and retrieve contract documents as needed Check submitted documents for completeness and compliance with company policy Enter contracts in Salesforce.com and SAP GL entries, reporting, setup of workflows, data entry Rely on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform job functions Secondary Responsibilities: Other related projects as assigned by manager
Skills and Experience: 2-4 years related training/practical work experience required and Bachelors degree preferred Knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures within the contract administration field Experience in Microsoft Office required Experience in Salesforce.com and SAP a plus Excellent attention to detail Ability to organize and prioritize projects and functions Ability to communicate effectively with staff at all levels We believe a company is only as good as its people.
