Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Administer and negotiate contracts and associated modifications.
Researches contract interpretations and drafts conclusions.
Research contract requirements as needed.
Assemble documents and handle distribution to customers.
Identify problems and data trends, and recommend appropriate follow up.
Coordinate and assist on projects.
Bachelors degree required.
JD certificate required.
2-3 years experience in a contracts administration role, preferably within a software based organization.
Proven track record effectively planning and organizing projects within tight deadlines.
Knowledge of basic financial and accounting principles and procedures as related to contract administration.
Excellent organizational and time management skills and strong attention to detail.
Ability to evaluate and interpret policies and procedures.
Ability to work independently and as a team member to support the departmental goals.
Experience communicating with a variety of levels across the organization.
Skilled with change management and process improvement.
Fast-paced team environment (frequent tight deadlines, multitasking, etc.).
Extensive computer and phone use; email intensive environment.
Must be able to read, write and speak English fluently.
Must be able to pass a background and reference check.
