National Advanced Surface-To-Air Missile System (NASAMS) and Skyguard Program Contracts Professional will focus on International Direct Commercial Sales (DCS) contract execution and growth opportunities. Provides contracts leadership to the business and program leaders with a focus on developing strategic and innovative contract solutions, engaging and collaborating with IBT/CBT business partners and the International customers, advising program leaders of contractual rights and obligations and means to mitigate contractual/program risks. Position reports to the Contracts Lead for IAMD Japan and Patriot Partner Programs.

Engage with program team and customer to ensure that the program is always executing to contract requirements.
Use business acumen and program knowledge to understand program performance, provide guidance and influence outcomes to achieve desired results.
Review requests for proposals for requirements and risks, ensure proposed solutions meet customer requirements, address all risks and meet company policies and standards.
Lead proposal and contract negotiations, including customer relationship management, so as to achieve business objectives while ensuring customer's needs are met.
Perform as a key contributor during the pre-proposal strategy, proposal development, negotiation, and start up phases of programs.
Negotiate product and service contracts, license terms, proprietary information agreements, representative agreements, and other required agreements with the International Direct Commercial Sales (DCS) customers.
Ensure successful governance/compliance of the program, with a diligent focus on FCPA compliance.
Timely administer contract changes, customer correspondence and close-out efforts.
Maintain all proposal and contracts status and activity in the Raytheon Integrated Contract Management System.
Actively participant in the development and conduct of Integrated Program Development System (IPDS) Gate reviews.
Improve processes via use of Raytheon Six Sigma
The person hired into this role will be required to obtain a security clearance.
8+ years of experience working with Contract Management, Negotiations, Finance, Supply Chain, Program Management, or related fields
Experience working with regulatory requirements
Experience in developing negotiation strategies and leading negotiations
MBA or other advanced degree
Experience working as the primary focal point for customer interface with a Company during all phases of contract performance
Experience working with FAR and DFARS and/or related regulations
Experience researching compliance issues, identify solutions, and format recommendations to management
Experience in RFP review, risk assessment, proposal review and submission, and managing program requirements
Experience in competitive and sole source contracting
Experience working with financial business principles and the applicability to Contracts to provide business counsel to management and leadership during all phases of the program cycle, to include front-end capture, proposal, negotiation, award, execution and closeout
