The Contracts Manager is responsible for maintaining the top national customer accounts in the company’s ERP system. This position will perform the master file maintenance for the top contracts, will distribute them to our field locations, and will periodically review the contracts at the field level to insure compliance with the standard contract. In addition, this position will assist the Director in collecting and updating the costs associated with the performance of the company’s services. These costs are used to validate the reasonableness of our revenues through the determination of profitability of bids and contracts. This position will assist the Director in this analysis. In addition to analysis of profitability, this position will perform analysis of customer billing, prepare sales reporting, perform maintenance of the customer master files and prepare customer specific reports.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Maintain top customer contracts in the ERP system.
Review top customer contracts at the field level periodically.
Assist in collecting the cost of all items used in the performance of the company’s services.
Assist in maintaining the company cost price book used for bidding work.
Assist in the review of bids to determine adequacy of rates.
Compile customer sales reports.
Maintain customer master files.
Assist in analysis of customer billing.
Bachelors degree required, Accounting highly preferred.
Previous experience with contracts highly preferred.
