The position is responsible for timely financial and statistical reporting, cash management, and maintenance of the total accounting system of the organization, including all general books and ledgers, preparation of all financial statements and reports. Under limited supervision, this position provides administrative, technical, and supervisory skills in the management of the Accounting Department. This position supports the CFO by implementing the Corporate Compliance program, including monitoring operational compliance units, performing risk assessment and analysis, and delivering staff education.
Hospital experience required, with a CPA and Critical Access Hospital experience preferred. Prior s upervisiory experience required or an equivalent combination of education and progressively responsible job related experience.
