Under general supervision of the Food Service Supervisor/Executive Chef, cooks, directs and coordinates culinary activities of the kitchen and cafeteria. Level II responsibilities also include overseeing production staff on daily food assignments and food preparation; providing training to beginning cooks on techniques and HACCP. Works with chef to design new menu items and extends recipes for production staff.

High School diploma or equivalent.

1 year prior cooking experience required. Excellent customer service skills required.

HACCP knowledge required. Serve Safe certified pref'd.
