General Description

Prepares final stages of food or menu items as required following all basic culinary procedures and company standards to provide the highest quality food and presentation possible.

work experience requirements/education requirements

Must be physically able to exert fast paced mobility for up to four consecutive hours or more

1 year or more Culinary education and/or experience

Minimum of high school education or equivalent

Food safety certification required

Must be able to lift equipment/food up to 25 pounds

SPECIFIC DUTIES

Must comply with all HACCP guidelines on a daily basis

Station set up and break down, including necessary equipment assembly and prep work

Maintain work area cleanliness

Stock work area with products and supplies as needed

Assist Chef on duty with any additional duties

Assists in plate presentation

Completes assigned prep work and beautification duties

Performs shift change and/or closing duties

Assist managers with any additional misc. duties

Must maintain personal appearance and hygiene in a manner consistent with the Disney Look

All other duties as assigned.
