The Cook prepares food for patients and cafeteria patrons according to menus/recipes and in amounts specified on production sheets. The Cook prepares special diets and sets up cafeteria and patient tray lines with prepared foods.
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) including courses in food preparation and cooking
- Minimum of one year experience dealing with quantity food preparation and cooking
- Minimum of three years related experience may be accepted in lieu of education requirement
