JOB SUMMARY:
This position is posted for applicants within the Dietary Department Only
The Cook prepares food for patients and cafeteria patrons according to menus/recipes and in amounts specified on production sheets. The Cook prepares special diets and sets up cafeteria and patient tray lines with prepared foods.
REQUIREMENTS:
High school diploma or equivalent (GED) including courses in food preparation and cooking
Minimum of one year experience dealing with quantity food preparation and cooking
Minimum of three years related experience may be accepted in lieu of education requirement
