Responsibilities:
Performs a wide variety of activities in support of recruiting processes and operations.
Utilizes a broad range of office, recruiting and technical procedures including, but not limited to:
Support branding efforts and build relationships on graduate campuses throughout the country
Help to coordinate interview scheduling with candidates and hiring managers. Assist with candidate travel.
Maintain accurate and well-ordered documentation on candidates, interview schedules and other recruiting activities using recruiting management system.
Ensures Company and legal compliance with employment practices, policies and processes.
Clearly and effectively communicates recruiting procedures, detail and status to candidates, recruiters and hiring managers.
May coordinate and administer pre-employment assessments; schedule recruiting events; assist with college relations activities.
May screen and evaluate employee applicants for positions.
Assist with campus marketing and communication strategies, scheduling on campus events and shipping materials.
Using applicant management system, track all candidates through a requisition
Candidates must be pursuing a Master's degree
Preferred majors include Business Administration, Communications, Human Resources, Marketing and Organizational Behavior.
Possess strong communication, organization, customer service and project management skills.
Familiar with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
