This position will coordinate and assist in the development, planning, execution and administration of all WWE CSR programs and events, sponsorships and charitable contributions with a special focus on Diversity & Inclusion pillar and programs.
Coordinate all needs as it relates to CSR, specifically for the WWE Diversity & Inclusion pillar:
Become subject matter expert in bullying issues, trends and initiatives in the US and internationally
Coordinate all the creative assets and content needed for the BAS website redesign and launch
Coordinate on-going efforts with the BAS Alliance Members, including social media and website content, upcoming BAS initiatives, etc.
Coordinate all pre-event logistics needed for a BAS event/rally, including talent travel, run-sheets, materials, working with the venue, etc.
Coordinate post-rally needs - e.g. video and photos for BAS website, recaps, etc.
Coordinate all assets/creative needs to send to internal groups for exposure/coverage of our BAS programs - including email, wwe.com, social media, TV, creative briefs/requests, etc.
Coordinate, review and respond to appropriate emails from the BAS mailbox
Create and manage a editorial calendar which includes TV, Digital, Live Events and social media
Any additional ad-hoc needs such as coordinating assets and stats for post-program recaps, developing plans and partner PPT proposals, etc.
Track the monthly D&I/BAS expenses, including all T&E related to our events
Manage and coordinate all the creative assets and content needed for the CSR site redesign
Work with CSR team on logistics for various CR and pro-social events, such as table lists/arrangements, decorations, transportation, etc.
Assist with special CSR projects as requested
At all times, maintain and project the professional image and reputation of WWE both internally and externally
Keep current with WWE programs, products, characters, and storylines
Minimum of 1 to 2 years of administrative experience
Community Relations/ CSR experience strongly preferred
Proficient computer skills, including Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint
Strong organizational, communication (both written and verbal), interpersonal, customer service, and project management skills
Detail-oriented, but also able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
Able to work professionally with employees, Talent, and external contacts of all functions and levels
Proactive and able to work independently using good business judgment and common sense
Can-do, flexible attitude and demeanor, and willing to "roll up sleeves" and pitch in as needed
Responsible, reliable, trustworthy, and able to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
Able to work flexible hours and travel as required
Valid driver’s license and vehicle that can be used for business as needed
Bachelor degree in Communications, PR, Marketing, or related field of study preferred
