Role Summary:
The Universal Partnerships & Licensing Group is seeking a Creative Coordinator to support the creative and product development team’s creative asset, brand and product development that services Universal Pictures’ Global Licensing business. This position supports the studio’s overall entertainment licensing objectives to drive worldwide brand awareness and deliver revenue to the studio.

Essential Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate the creation, gathering, organization distribution and tracking of creative licensing assets
  • Work on design projects including asset preview documents, sales and marketing presentation materials and tradeshow graphics
  • Image editing including watermarking, retouching and/or color correcting
  • May serve as point person for creative product approvals on assigned titles
  • Help maintain the creative and marketing on-site storage room and off-site storage inventory
  • Assist in setting up product displays for meetings or events
  • Assist with trade show and event planning
  • Assists in communicating our creative guidelines for various licensing titles to our international agents

    Basic Qualifications:
  • Bachelors or Associates Degree in Graphic Design or similar field is required
  • Strong graphic design sensibility
  • Strong computer skills in all Adobe and Microsoft applications
  • General knowledge of a variety of digital assets and how they are used on print and 3D product applications
  • Highly organized and resourceful
  • Ability to prioritize and multi-task in a dynamic, deadline-driven environment

    Eligibility Requirements:

  • Must be 18 years or older
  • Must have unrestricted work authorization to work in the United States
  • Must be covered by Solutions, NBCU’s Alternative Dispute Resolution Program
  • Eligible candidate pool may be asked to submit a portfolio of work and may be asked to interview with multiple UP&L Team Members
