The Cross Media Project Coordinator assists the Project Manager in the production of all off-channel marketing materials/deliverables. This position facilitates the needs of many different areas and departments, including: Affiliate Marketing, Brand Marketing, PR, Trade & Consumer Advertising, Consumer Promotions and Digital. The coordinator traffics all materials and ensures deadlines are being met. This position reports into the Cross Media Project Manager.
Assist Project Manager in delivery of off-channel marketing materials including but not limited to: print, radio, press, cross-channel, affiliate and event deliverables
Ensure all project specs/deliverables are correct before release
Assist Art Director/Project Manager in hiring outside vendors and overseeing post production
Relay creative feedback to vendors and internal creative team
Be a resource for technical specs and production questions
Maintain budget and invoice tracking system
Ensure JobSuite project management and project timelines/status docs are up to date
Maintain archive of all print assets and distribute assets upon request Qualifications/Requirements Basic Qualifications
1-3 years in Project Management in television or advertising

Must be willing to submit to a background investigation
Must have unrestricted work authorization to work in the United States Desired Characteristics > Strong organizational skills required.
Technical and logistical knowledge of printing and post production process.
Previous On-Air & Print Production experience preferred.
Ability to multi-task and handle many projects at once
