We’re searching for a Human Resources Coordinator who has a basic knowledge of employment laws, working with supervisor, understands and handles employee relations, co-owns the onboarding of new hires and ensures proper day to day HR administration is completed. Works with the HR team to facilitate and may own HR projects/initiatives.

Tasks and responsibilities include:
  • Co-owns the on-boarding of new hires, which includes but not limited to orientation presentation, updates and improvements to the on-boarding program. Ensures all new hire paperwork is completed
  • Provides Digitas benefits guidance and follows up with the employee population
  • Oversees day-to-day administration and routine maintenance of assigned HR programs/HRIS systems, such as leave of absence, HRIS updates, performance management system changes, T&E and Ad Hoc reports
  • Partners with HR team to understand and implement HR initiatives regionally
  • Creates project updates written and/or verbally to team members. Offers suggestions, ideas and key learning’s to further enhance collaborative team environment
  • Understands and administrates Digitas immigration policies & procedures for client groups.
  • Creates or contributes to timelines, schedules and accurate budgets
  • Prioritizes tasks and manages time effectively exemplifying quality customer service with colleagues and clients
  • Participate in meetings and articulates status in team and client interactions
  • Works with HR leadership to support and address client employee relations issues
  • Builds a rapport and demonstrates value to the HR team and client on all programs/projects
  • Develops basic client management techniques to enhance relationship
  • Is an advocate of Digitas diversity and inclusion, looks to incorporate values into overall programs and projects assigned
  • Infuses and markets internally/externally the 4C’s brand to new and current employees
  • Develops basic knowledge of employment laws and handling employee relations
  • Understands and provides guidance of the Digitas benefits offered

To qualify, you’ll need:
  • Four year degree preferably within Human Resources Management
  • 1-3 years experience, HR experience or business related
  • Strong business acumen
  • Familiarity with the digital marketing communication environment
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Candidate must be open to travel as needed
