Information Systems Coordinator:
  • Provide logistical, project, and operations support to the Information Systems Leadership Team
  • Act as internal liaison and communications hub for the Information Systems division
  • Manage and maintain department leaders’ calendars and daily schedules
  • Process expense reports for the department and department leaders.
  • Process, manage, and track payments of all department purchases and monthly bills
  • Provide other administrative and operational support to Senior Leadership and department
  • Plan department-wide events, meetings and trainings
  • Perform data entry: manage and utilize computer databases, generate necessary reports, assure accuracy of database information
  • Process and maintain department documents: purchase records, hardware/ToS agreements, licensing documents, department invoices
  • Coordinate travel and itineraries on an as-needed basis

Qualifications:

Basic Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Excellent academic record
  • Must possess at least 2 of the following:
    • Leadership experience
    • Customer service experience
    • Experience working in a team environment
    • Experience working in an office

  • Attention to detail
  • Solution-focused problem solving
  • Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
  • Experience developing personal organization tactics to meet business goals
  • Proven experience managing multiple, competing priorities
  • Discretion with sensitive material and communications
  • Experience with Microsoft Excel and other programs in the Microsoft Office suite
  • An interest in Information Systems is preferred
