Position supports new business, client management, and analysis/implementation of overall strategy for Latin America region.

Major Responsibilities
•Prepare and maintain/update Marketing Partnership sales materials for Latin America region
•Contribute to NBA Latin America strategic plan development and prepare information for senior management review
•Liaise with internal NBA groups and externally with regional clients and stakeholders
•Support client management efforts including delivery of partner benefits, finalizing partner event activation plans, implementation of partner initiatives/promotions
•Assist in pre-event planning with partners and on-site event coordination
•Conduct due diligence on potential partners (research, reference calls, etc.) and maintain fact sheets for existing Latin America partners
•Research of key categories, companies, and areas of opportunity for NBA in Latin America
•Research and develop intelligence on key decision-makers in targeted organizations in Latin America
•Support sales process from prospecting through deal development to closure
•Manage deal tracking and deal memo processes
•Maintain knowledge of trends within Latin America markets and key industries
•Assist in contract draft review and monitor partner financial obligations; coordinate with Accounting and Finance to ensure invoicing process/details confirmed and up-to-date
•Develop recap presentations, overviews and other presentations/proposals, as well as a post-analysis of each major partner initiative
•Other projects/initiatives as required
Required Skills/Knowledge
•Strong strategic, analytical, presentation and communication skills
•Strong organizational skills, the ability to multi-task and meet demanding deadlines
•Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
•Strong PC skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
•Fluency in Spanish and/or Portuguese preferred
Experience Needed
•2+ years of relevant professional experience
•Previous sports, entertainment media, and/or international experience
•Experience providing qualitative analysis and guidance to management based on available data
•Demonstrated track record in attaining and exceeding expectations
Educational Background Required
•BA/BS required
