  • POSITION SUMMARY: Provides all administrative and clerical assistance to the Director. Writes and edits material for publication. Responds by phone or letter to routine questions from patients, visitors, and community representatives relative to the functions and activities of the facility, alerting Director to potential legal or public relations problems. May take photographs or coordinate contracted art, graphics and photographic services, ensuring appropriate consent forms are obtained. Coordinates with graphic designers, printers, film producers and facility services to produce, print and distribute materials. Assists with planning, focus and techniques of assigned projects to meet the objectives of the facility's pastoral care, volunteer services, marketing, and public relations programs.

    EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE: High School Diploma or equivalent; Associates preferred. At least 4 years of secretarial experience. Experience with events, volunteer groups, and executive level support. Experience with graphics preferred.
