Under the supervision of the Manager, PBS the Coordinator is responsible for the comprehensive systems and process training for new employees, and the continuing education for all employees of the EMG and PBS. Operates as an organizational leader and internal consultant to identify needs and bring about strategy driven change. Supports new acquisitions during implementation and coordinates resolution of on-going EPM, EHR and billing related training needs. Maintains communication with the EMG clinic managers and PBS leadership to ensure successful on-boarding. Continually seeks new ways of leveraging human performance to improve business results. Identifies obstacles to achieving organizational goals, anticipates, researches and creates plans to overcome barriers. Performs monthly and quarterly audits on registration, scheduling and billing processes to ensure consistency of registration within PBS. Utilizes quality review data from various sources to determine continuing education topics and develop educational programs. Promotes positive teamwork within department and among employees by providing constructive criticism and positive feedback.

Basic Education
Bachelors Degree or 8 years experience
Basic Experience
6 years of operational leadership and/or training experience, to include 5 years physician business operations and/or front office supervision experience.
