This position will be part of the Office of the Registrar and will report directly to the Associate Registrar. The job responsibilities require advanced knowledge of the student information systems, project management expertise, independent thinking, troubleshooting ability and a high level of attention to detail. All of the job responsibilities must be performed with an extreme level of accuracy as the consequence of errors are quite severe to the optimal operation of the Office of the Registrar.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in business, education or related field. Experience working with academic records may be substituted for degree on a year for year basis.
Time management and flexibility skills to work simultaneously on multiple projects.
Ability to work in a team environment
Ability to complete tasks with a minimum of direction.
Excellent communication and writing skills.
Excellent customer service skills.
High level of accuracy and detail.
Preferred Qualifications
Previous experience working in a Registrar's Office
Previous experience working with the PeopleSoft Student Administration System
