Sony Pictures Entertainment is seeking a coordinator
(DOE) of International Digital Marketing based in Culver City.
This role will support the international
digital marketing strategy, creative and country relationships for Sony
Pictures Studio’s theatrical/film releases. Major upcoming theatrical

This position reports to the Director of
Int’l Digital Marketing within the Worldwide Digital Marketing department of
the Worldwide Marketing & Distribution Group.
Uploading and tracking EAGL assets.
Interface between agencies and QA/localization, technical management of all
Take update requests for portals and track changes for five (5) territories.
Manage global facebook, Twitter, Instagram and other social accounts.
Work with email database managers and creative agencies to prepare
Analyze international digital marketing trends and traffic to our sites.
: Collect and analyze data from our markets
in annual digital survey.
Coordinate int’l editorial launches
with territories; collect launch data and help prepare executive reports.
Work closely with digital media
agencies to prepare editorial “one sheets” to deliver to bloggers, social media
sites and other media properties that highlight campaign details. (i.e. BeOn or
Way To Blue)
Oversee special projects on an as
Customer Relationship Management
Interface between local Sony Pictures’
marketing teams and internal team(s) to manage technical and or digital content
Provide countries/territories with
campaign overview, strategy updates and timing for the international digital
Work closely with internal groups such
as Creative, Publicity, Promotions, Media, Exhibitor Relations, etc. to
integrate digital marketing campaigns across departments.
Maintain and update the Sony Digital
Trackr app (B2B app)
Review and approve territories’
digital creative for strategy and branding (on an as-needed basis).
Creative and Project Management
: Interface with Legal Acquisition on
collecting digital assets for EAGL upload. Maintain list of digital assets that
have been submitted by outside distribution and production companies per SPE
contracts with them.
: Develop Creative Briefs for all creative
Oversee the creation of international
digital assets for a determined slate of films (12+ films per year).
Ensure that all assets are easily
adaptable and translatable for all 76+ countries.
Ensure that all assets are completed
and available to countries in time for their campaigns.
Create and update International
Digital Campaign Overview(s).
Social Media Projects
Create and update social media
calendar, assets and delivery.
Work with agencies on International
only projects as assigned.
Help with any projects, issues, and
responsibilities not listed above particularly as the business needs change and
adapt in this competitive industry.
3+ years of
experience within the digital marketing space, preferably in a studio
experience a plus (or proven interest in the international field)
Management skills are essential and required
Strong employee customer
management and relations skills are a must
interpersonal skills required; possession of a professional and courteous
demeanor, this is critical as much of the job requires working with other
departments, divisions and countries.
excellent attention to detail
written, verbal, and organizational skills
with new technologies, the Internet, especially in Web 2.0 social media
spaces (i.e. Facebook, YouTube, Twitter)
be a highly motivated self-starter and a team player
proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
of HTML, Flash, Unity and other web services a plus
or equivalent preferred.
