The Financial Aid Office at the University of Indianapolis is accepting applications for a Coordinator for Gift Aid Programs and System Operations. This is a full time, exempt staff position.
The Coordinator for Gift Aid Programs and System Operations is responsible for the administration of all state and University gift aid programs including state grants and scholarships, Vocational Rehabilitation, Veteran’s Benefits, Uindy endowed, merit and need-based scholarships, departmental scholarships, as well as the Faculty Staff Discount and Tuition Exchange Programs. The coordinator is also responsible for counseling students, running routine computer system processes, managing the exchange of data with the federal processing center, resolving data discrepancy, generating missing information letters, generating award letters,and other duties as assigned.

Required Education/Experience/Skills (Minimum Qualifications)
Bachelor’s degree required. A master’s degree and three years of financial aid experience is preferred. Knowledge of federal and state financial aid regulations is preferred. Education and experience with computer data base management systems is preferred.
