Manage the daily operations of the Athletic Ticket office, to include: Hire, train and supervise student ticket employees and suite level attendants. Reconcile ticket sales. Prepare reports. Prepare billings. Maintain computerized and manual filing systems. Reconcile revenue and expense reports for all athletic events.Administer payroll for approximately 90 student to include: Verify eligibility to work. Prepare and process employment-related paperwork. Ensure the accuracy of timesheets for student through the Banner system. Maintain student employee files.Monitor the departmental budgets to include: prepare budget -related paperwork. Prepare reports.Serve as the Manager to the Equipment Room by overseeing the daily operations to include: maintain reports/inventory of rent/sale equipment; purchase new equipment; plan and ensure the care, repair, and storage of equipment and lockers; train/evaluate the performance of student employees; and schedule court reservations.Collaborate with the Foundation Office to include: maintaining Mule Train member records, perk information, and solicitations; help plan, organize, and work the annual Athletic Auction.
