Job Description: Germanna Community College, is seeking a customer service oriented professional to manage the financial aid department and staff at all locations. The Coordinator will implement federal, state and local financial aid programs, award and disburse financial aid funds, and monitor institutional compliance with federal and state regulations. Coordinate detailed work in the collection, formulation, and calculation of financial aid award packages for eligible students. Manage all aspects of the Student Information System financial aid modules including set up, testing, staff training, documentation, query writing and data analysis.

Salary Range: $57,545 to $71,243/DOE. Full state benefits apply.

Salary dependent upon experience and qualifications.

Minimum Requirements:
Master's degree in Business, Social Sciences, Public Administration or related field.

Experience working in a financial aid office in a higher education setting.

Orientation toward detail and accuracy

Experience with computerized student information system.

Knowledge of federal and state regulations governing eligibility for student aid programs

Preferred Qualifications:
Knowledge of PeopleSoft Student Information System
