The Hill Center is seeking a Coordinator of Marketing and Communications. This position reports to the Executive Director and will oversee marketing for school, tutoring, and outreach programs. This position offers full-time benefits.

The successful candidate will have strong verbal and written communication skills and experience working with social media, blogging, and all venues of advertising,

Strong technology skills, including knowledge of Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Search Engine Optimization (SEO), and Google Analytics, are required.

Responsibilities Include:

- Promote Hill programs through advertising mediums including print, radio, and web

- Schedule, set up, and manage the Center’s promotional booth at conferences

- Create and update copy for all promotional materials

- Manage inventory and research cost of materials

- Budget management

- Work closely with technology department in updating the Center’s web page

- Manage board and volunteer marketing committee

- Some travel, night, and weekend work required

Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications or allied field
  • Minimum of 5 years experience in Marketing & Advertising
  • Background or experience in educational field would be highly desirable
