Work Hours: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM

Account coverage also includes a site in RTP and Durham, NC
Must be able to support after hours on call coverage for approximately the last three weeks of each quarter.

Candidate MUST HAVE good PC skills, good communications skills, printer knowledge and able to work with peers and manager located in a different state.

Candidate will need to provide their own transportation to drive between Apex, Research Triangle Park (RTP) and Durham.

Personal Vehicle

Possesses skills and competencies to deliver basic contracted customer
requirements (includes: copying, faxing, printing and scanning functions)
Tasks and activities are defined and routine
Download and install printer drivers on equipment
Perform printer mapping to PC
Escalate printer network issues as appropriate
Perform configuration of devices (Enter IP address, scanning templates,
access levels, Scan to File/Email, etc.)
Monitor and apply patch updates
Point of contact for equipment support and service
Perform basic equipment problem diagnosis
Clean and maintain office equipment as needed
Replace operator accessible parts and consumables
Maintain appropriate supply inventory
Maintain agreed upon level of uptime for copier fleet
Collect and submit meter reads
Track and coordinate the Move/Add/Change (MAC) of office equipment/assets
Point of contact for equipment removal/delivery
Point of contact to receive and electronically log customer jobs
Apply asset tags to office equipment and update database
Process and distribute incoming and outgoing faxes, log for billing purposes
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds

Ability to demonstrate computer Skills Intermediate knowledge of PC
(keyboard functions, mouse, etc.)
Intermediate knowledge of MS Word and/or Excel or equivalent:
-- Insert images
-- Create/manage tables
-- Columns
-- Create forms
-- Navigate multiple worksheets within workbook
-- Use standard formulas, etc.
Ability to demonstrate intermediate knowledge of Web, Internet and Intranet
Able to demonstrate ability to download / install files (fonts, drivers) from
internet
Able to demonstrate working knowledge of account-relevant applications

-- File conversion
-- Graphic arts applications
Able to demonstrate ability to send and receive email;
-- Find, open and save documents and files
-- Perform data entry
-- Use internet explorer for web browsing
-- Send documents to preconfigured printer
Able to demonstrate basic Math skills (division, multiplication, percentages)
Able to demonstrate business maturity and professionalism

Experience in a Customer Service environment (minimum 1 year)
