The Sr. Copywriter would support strategic and visionary creative and will partner with multiple creative and account team members. They will deliver strategic and insightful communication ideas for projects amongst multiple business channels. The Sr. Copywriter will be involved from concept development to execution while providing innovative communication for an array of integrated marketing and promotional projects. The Sr. Copywriter should possess intuitive, concise writing skills. They should be confident writing in different voices and styles.. Alongside being an exceptional copywriter, they will lead assignments and should be comfortable in front of clients.

Job Responsibilities

Primary Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

1. Partnering with Art Director on the development of concepts

2. Execute copy for B2B collateral and advertising / PR campaigns

3. Execute copy for in-store / POS

4. Assist in resourcing and oversight of inter-office and freelance writers

Key Skills & Competencies:
· Creative/Copy: Must be an excellent speller and possess a love for correct grammar.
· Should be strategic and a conceptual thinker. Should be able to clearly explain copy/concept rationale, be willing to stand for work they believe in while, at the end of the day, develop fresh, on-brand creative that meets project objectives and wows the client every time.
· Project Management: Positive collaboration skills, attention to detail, proficient at handling multiple projects, self-starter
· Software : Proficient in Microsoft programs—Excel, Word and PowerPoint, Keynote

Qualifications / Requirements

Requirements For Success:
· Bachelors Degree in Marketing, Advertising, English, Creative writing, Media, Journalism or Communications
· 6+ years print/digital professional copywriting
· Knowledge of CPG and consumables industry
· Experience in Foodservice desired
· Experience with customer marketing / shopper, national promotion, sales support materials, and industry communication desired
