In this mid-level position, the employee must provide strong conceptual thinking and copywriting skills. He/she will work closely with an Art Director to provide concepts that effectively reflect marketing strategies and meet the client’s objectives. We expect you to push the boundaries of creative excellence, ensuring the delivery of high-quality results. He/she must also have the ability to work with members of the creative department as well as team members from other core departments in order to achieve client satisfaction.
Execute creative concepts that are on strategy across all media channels (digital, direct mail, print, TV, radio).

Works closely with the project’s Art Director to create a piece that employs effective marketing strategies and meets the client’s objective
Works with Art Director to keep the project moving according to schedule
Handles and coordinates the day-to-day copy needs of clients
Ensures internal and external deadlines are met
Assists in writing copy for key strategic campaign/projects and new business presentations
Works with Art Director to draw up Creative budget estimates
Works with Account Services to ensure that the client’s objectives are being met
Develops skills necessary for advancement
2 - 5 years experience in any advertising discipline, with some direct response experience preferred.
Must have a strong portfolio primarily of produced work and some spec work.
Bachelor’s degree required
Must demonstrate the ability to write long copy.
Must have strong presentation skills.
Must possess good communication and interpersonal skills.
Must be proficient in Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
Familiarity with Flash preferred.
