Zendesk is looking for a copywriter who can write about business software without being boring. This is a highly creative and collaborative role in which you will work closely with design and marketing.

The day-to-day:
Write online ad copy, emails, web headlines, and other marketing copy

Write messages and CTAs that incite riots (not really... but the copy *should* inspire the engagement we're looking for)

Write video titles and screens

Create web copy for A/B tests

Assist with copy for various social media channels

Drive engagement through in-app messaging and on boarding copy

Assist PR and Marketing as needed

The bigger picture:
Help with brainstorming, concepting, and creating various marketing campaigns

Help develop, document, maintain, and evolve brand messaging and tone

Inform and contribute to creative problem solving throughout the entire company

A proven track record of writing compelling, engaging web copy

Minimum 3 years of related experience

Understanding of SEM and SEO

Bachelor's degree or equivalent
