The Corporate Director of Financial Reporting
and Accounting will be responsible for ensuring
that worldwide accounting and financial
reporting complies with generally accepted
accounting principles in the United States, at
both the Corporate and business unit level.
Direct, manage and coordinate the timely and
accurate completion of all SEC reports (10-Qs,
10-Ks, 8-Ks).
Monitor and access the impact of proposed new
