Valley Hope is currently recruiting for a Corporate Accounting Manager I at our corporate office in Norton Kansas. This is a new position that will aide in the management and collections of the Accounts Receivable department. Job duties include: Maximize cash collections from accounts receivable. Train and supervise corporate accounting department personnel. Produce an efficient and effective exchange of accounting information between facility business offices and the corporate office. Ensure that all detail and/or summary accounting reports are prepared and appropriately distributed. These reports would include financial statements, accounts receivable summaries, and/or any other reports determined relevant to corporate operations. Ensure that all facility as well as corporate financial accounts, including but not limited to bank accounts and accounts receivable, are accurate and in balance. Accurately maintain corporate accounting records. Other related tasks as needed. We are looking for a candidate with a bachelor's degree in accounting or business administration or a combination of education, experience and/or other credentials that would substitute for the degree. Valley Hope will assist with moving expenses for the successful candidate, but Valley Hope will not require that you move if you already live within a 30 minute drive of the Valley Hope Corporate office in Norton Kansas.This is an exempt position with an annual salary that extends up to $50K. Typically, we do not hire new employees in the top of the pay range. It is unlikely we will offer a starting salary above $40K.
