Job Summary:

The Corporate Accounting Manager will play a critical role in the success of the Corporate Accounting Department. The individual will perform a variety of management and accounting functions relating to the financial operations of the Corporate Office.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

- Oversee the Corporate Accounting Department

- Manage the Corporate Accounts Payable process and team

- Budget preparation and review

- Review General ledger account reconciliations

- Financial statement analysis

- Review recurring and non-recurring general ledger journal entries

- Generate the Corporate month end financial reports and communicate results to senior management

- Assist in the preparation of internal and external reporting

- Identify and implement business process improvements

- Special projects

Minimum Requirements:

- Bachelors in Accounting

- Masters in Business Administration or Accounting

- At least 5 years work experience in an accounting management or controller role

- Excellent written and verbal communication, analytical and interpersonal skills

- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Excel (intermediate to advanced), Word and PowerPoint

- Ability to handle multiple tasks under tight deadlines

- Ability to absorb technical concepts quickly and, possess a strong work ethic, have excellent organizational skills, and be able to perform well independently or as part of a team.
