Role Overview:
This position reports to the Manager Corporate Accounting. This position is responsible for month-end close, month-end reporting requirements, and intercompany transactions. This position will work with many applications within SAP and with Hyperion (Hyperion Financial Management).

Role Responsibilities:
Support monthly close process, including journal entries and general ledger review

Prepare monthly account reconciliations via Blackline analysis tool

Track and amortize prepaid accounts

Maintain and support fixed asset role

Maintain intercompany and external company debt

Prepare cash reconciliations and entries if necessary. Work with the implementation of IT2 Treasury Workstation

Suggest process improvements and system enhancements that will increase efficiency and/or mitigate risk for the organization

Work on special projects and analysis as needed

Qualifications

Bachelors degree in accounting or related field

CPA or CPA track

3-5 yrs experience in accounting and/or audit

Large, multi-national company experience

Exposure to and knowledge of US GAAP

Experience with SAP Financials preferred

Experience with Hyperion a plus

Experience with international operations and foreign exchange preferred

Proficiency with MS Office suite

Motivated and driven self-starter seeking constant challenge and new responsibilities

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Excellent analytical skills

Ability to work in a fast paced, deadline driven environment with the ability to manage multiple priorities
