Our Sales executives are responsible for increasing and developing the sales of WAND's Products and Services. The position covers concepts across the country.

DUTIES

Develop a territory plan and execute to ensure maximum market penetrationSell Point of Sale (POS) systems, Digital Menu Boards, Back Office, Total Restaurant Management (TRM) solutions Achieve and Surpass sales goalsTravel a minimum of 70% of time Make a minimum amount of phone calls daily (65)Understand current and future restaurant IT trends. Prepare customized presentations based on potential customers' needs. Specific responsibilities will vary according to level of seniority (client contact, for example, will increase with experience) but will include: Maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers via meetings, telephone calls and emailsVisiting potential customers to prospect for new businessNegotiating the terms of an agreement and closing salesGathering market and customer informationRepresenting the organization at trade exhibitions, events and demonstrationsRecording sales and order information and working with Implementation Team to ensure a successful roll outGaining a clear understanding of customers' businesses and requirementsWorking with Account Management to ensure happiness of customers

QUALIFICATIONS

Strong Sales Process OrientationOutstanding communication and presentation skills (verbal and written)Experience in driving new business and managing existing customersWell-organized; detail orientedSolid working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPointEducation/Experience* 4 year college degree* 1-2 years of proven sales experience * Field experience preferred * Ability to travel up to 70%** Valid Driver's license This job description is intended to represent the general nature and level of work performed by individuals assigned to this job.
