Purpose of the Position: This position will work remotely, reporting to the Director of Corporate Alliance the Manager of Corporate Alliance will be responsible for generating new business development with local, regional and national companies that offer tuition reimbursement to increase student recruitment and enrollment. Primary Duties and Responsibilities Demonstrates knowledge of, and carefully follows all applicable federal and state compliance requirements and regulations including those prescribed by the Department of Education, ABHES, and CIE. Effectively communicates compliance requirements to students and other staff as appropriate and quickly escalates any compliance concerns to the Compliance department. Identifies potential partners, cultivates key contacts, and positions the company by developing proposals and negotiating contractual relationships with high-potential corporate partners to increase the business' client base. Monitors proposal deadlines, prepares and edits proposals, and manages proposal submissions. Works closely with other functional areas within the business to ensure contractual fulfillment with an emphasis towards customer service and account retention. Establishes and maintains effective relationships with clients with particular emphasis on key accounts through appointments, client lunches, cold calls, and presentations. Works closely with the Director of Corporate Alliance and other members of the team to achieve departmental goals and a monthly quota of client appointments and F2F meetings. Interfaces with HR Directors and Chief Career Officers at corporations to establish long-term partnerships that will result in tuition reimbursement funding for the immediate and long-term goals of the business. Maintains market awareness by actively monitoring community and industry news, share pertinent information with management to ensure departmental consistencies and organizational growth Achieves start goals and revenue targets as outlined in the annual budget Works closely with Career Services Business Development staff to create opportunities to build awareness among existing employers. Other duties as assigned by the Director of Corporate Alliance.

Ability to learn rapidly and adapt to a dynamic business arena Creative mindset with ability to identify new business opportunities and products Demonstrated ability in proposal writing Proven ability to source, develop and close new revenue streams in the context of a rapidly growing higher education organization Superior knowledge regarding the practices and principles related to the sale and implementation of corporate partnership Excellent organizational, interpersonal and networking skills with large groups as well as with individuals are essential. Exceptional communication skills and leadership qualities Willingness to travel extensively and fulfill role responsibilities Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed. Education/Experience: 5+ years of related B2B sales experience. (Required) Healthcare recruiting or sales experience required Bachelors degree Business development experience in the higher education and/or public sector Experience in a startup or small, high growth environment Established professional network across major Fortune 5,000 companies, especially those that offer tuition reimbursement programs Position can be remote
