Landry’s has an open position for a Corporate Beverage Operations Manager at our Corporate Headquarters in the Galleria area of Houston, TX. Essential Duties/Responsibilities: The candidate will be responsible for beverage specifications, training, and execution of beverage programs. Supports field operations in the execution and supervision of national or regional beverage initiatives and promotions. Travels to assigned restaurants and works with managers in the field to achieve set goals.

Requirements: The qualified candidate will have five years experience in management of multi-state beverage operations. Knowledge of sanitation standards and liquor control procedures; ability to analyze P&L statements, develop operating budgets, forecasting; ability to acquire and maintain relationships with associates, customers, and vendors. Knowledge of purchasing, inventory controls, supplies and equipment. Knowledge of governmental regulations and safety standards.

Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Additional Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Solid communication, organization, and follow-up skills. Strong negotiation skills, excellent time management skills, facility in presentations and capable of managing multiple initiatives simultaneously. Proficient in Excel & Microsoft Word. Ability to effectively manage labor costs and productivity.

Some travel is required.
