Our Credit Risk Management Group (“CRM”) is looking for a Vice President in our New York Office.
The Vice President will support a Managing Director by preparing Transaction Memos to support CRM decisions and approvals, interacting with deal teams regarding CRM follow-up, and developing to take an active role in CRM
The role will have Credit Approver and Credit Authorizer authorities.
THE ROLE INVOLVES:
Understanding and taking views on various transactions and structures that require credit risk management insight and approval.
Creating complete, clear and succinct written analysis of CRM decisions.
Being responsible for adhoc duties.
Functioning independently and within a small team of CRM professionals.
Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting/Finance/Economics
Minimum of 5-7 years of experience with credit and/or accounting related functions
Advanced in Excel, Word and PowerPoint
