Job Summary and Mission
Responsible for providing administrative support and coordination of various Human Resources functions including facilitating responses to companywide unemployment claims; serving as the HR iProcurement administrator; coordinating technical systems set-up with IT for corporate HR; processing Oracle system access and change requests; and coordinating large HR related mail distributions. Models and acts in accordance with our guiding principles and core values.
Summary of Key Responsibilities
Responsibilities and essential job functions include, but are not limited to the following:
Coordinate and facilitate timely responses to companywide unemployment claims; coordinating with the vendor to ensure accurate and complete documentation is provided that supports the company’s disposition.
Coordinate the scheduling of unemployment claims hearings with the appropriate management staff to ensure proper company representation.
Serve as the HR iProcurement administrator to track and process HR related invoices for approval and payment.
Coordinate desk and technical system set-ups with IT for HR staff members to ensure phones, computer and computer related equipment are available and operating efficiently.
Coordinate annual distribution of the Employee Handbook.
Update and maintain employee relations related investigative log.
Maintain confidential HR related files (personnel, EEOC, and “Call Sheet”) files
Order office supplies.
Respond via email, phone or in-person to general HR related questions from employees and vendors providing exemplary customer service and assistance.
Summary of Experience and Education
High School Degree or GED required.
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Human Resources or a related field preferred; or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
Minimum three years related experience in Human Resources, Benefits or Payroll administration.
Minimum two years industry experience preferred.

Demonstrated success in HR administration and support.
Ability to work in and support a teamwork environment.
Knowledgeable of company policies and procedures, and current federal and state employment laws.
Excellent problem solving, analytical and decision making skills.
Ability to troubleshoot issues and discern when to escalate.
Excellent planning, time management, collaboration, decision making, presentation and negotiating skills.
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential documents and information.
Strong interpersonal skills including diplomacy and patience.
Proven track record of superior customer service and interpersonal skills.
Extremely high level of attention to detail.
Ability to multi-task while remaining calm and working effectively under pressure.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, internet, web-based and job specific related software applications.
Must be able to read, write and speak English fluently.
Ability to communicate and interact effectively with multi-functional and diverse backgrounds.
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret complex procedures or regulations and write correspondence and procedural documents.
Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from management, employees and vendors.
Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals.
