IT Specialist/Help Desk

DC law firm seeking an IT Specialist/Help Desk Technician. Will work with a local team of 3 and a larger firm-wide department and will provide onsite and remote support of desktop equipment hardware including computers, laptops, printers, and other devices. Will install, diagnose, repair, maintain, and upgrade all hardware and software. Must be highly motivated and have excellent customer service skills.

Position supports Windows 7, MS Office 2010, eDocs DM, Workshare Suite and other applications.
Must have Associate or BachelorÂ’s degree in Computer Science and/or a minimum of three tofive yearsÂ’ equivalent experience in a technical support environment is preferred. Experience with Lenovo laptops a plus. Certifications in A+, Network+, MCP Windows 7 also preferred. Must be able to communicate effectively and have excellent interpersonal skills. Must have technical skills, a desire to learn new technology, a sense of urgency, and have a service-oriented attitude. Able to remain flexible as priorities shift moment by moment in this fast-paced environment. Competitive salary and benefits package.
