Responsibilities : •
Input payroll data and other vital statistics in the ADP payroll system •
Resolve any payroll discrepancies •
Generate accurate reports and manual checks as needed •
Work with various levels of management to ensure accuracy with payroll processing •
Process garnishments and support orders •
Process wage verifications •
Initiate new states compliance for taxes and unemployment insurance •
Resolve tax compliance issues •
Update files, track attendance and perform periodic audits on employee files •
Ensure that payroll/benefits policies are followed and meet required deadlines
Payroll Systems - ADP •
Manage the Payroll Information System and facilitate the needed updates to track employee related pay information and history •
Ensure organization of information within the database to provide detailed reporting that will identify strategic Payroll/Business related questions •
Ensures internal audits of the system, payroll files and retention requirements •
Provide detailed reporting of employee sensitive material to upper management •
Administers payroll programs to ensure effectiveness, compliance and internal equity and (performs wages surveys within labor markets to determine external equity) •
Ensure that the most effective measures are taken to streamline payroll processes by utilizing all ADP functionality •
Work closely with ADP to ensure timely & accurate processing of Payroll
Leadership •
Responsible for hiring, training, coaching and counseling and evaluating the corporate PAYROLL Assistant staff •
Assists with company-wide supervisory education of supervisors and managers as they relate to payroll •
Ensures proper administration of all company payroll programs •
Educate and communicate with field offices to ensure compliance with paper requirements and timely reporting

Requirements : •
B.S. in Business or Payroll Management •
Knowledge of ADP or other Payroll/ HRIS systems •
Excellent written and oral communication •
Extremely detail oriented •
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and database management •
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under time sensitive deadlines •
Flexible, team player, excellent interpersonal skills •
Extreme confidentiality and discretion required •
10 years of Payroll and Supervisory experience •
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high volume payroll department
