Job Description:Purpose:
To manage the staffing of the Apple Leisure Group and
fill all open positions in a timely manner. The
Corporate Recruiter is the point person for hiring needs
within the Apple Leisure Group. The Corporate Recruiter
is the first source of contact that a candidate will
have, and will guide both candidate and hiring manager
throughout the whole recruiting lifecycle. Recruiting
Manager is expert in local market place hiring trends
and will act in an advisory manner to management on
matters of staffing.

Essential Duties/Responsibilities:
  • Talent sourcing via job boards, referrals, network
groups, universities
  • Work collaboratively with hiring managers on job
descriptions
  • Full life-cycle recruitment of all open positions.
This includes, but is not limited to:
1. Post job on all appropriate job boards, internal and
external postings
2. Assess candidate qualifications, screens resumes and
interviews prospective applicants
3. Present final candidates to hiring manager and sets
up interviews as requested
4. Make and negotiates offer
5. Run background checks
6. Coordinate offer package
7. Close the loop w/ candidates who did not receive
offer
  • Negotiation of job board contract
  • Administrator of all job boards
  • In charge of hiring for interns
  • Educate Hiring Managers on market trends
  • Updating “Hiring & Recruiting” page on the Company
intranet
  • Manage the internal posting process
  • Handle PERM process with Immigration Lawyers as
necessary
  • Maintain applicant files in conjunction with state
and federal laws
  • Administer Interview 101/Employment Law training to
all hiring managers
  • Assist HR Department as needed with generalist task
Job Requirements:Education:
  • BA Preferred
Experience:
  • 3+ years of recruiting experience- agency recruiting
experience highly preferred
  • Knowledge of employment laws
