Church & Dwight, Co., Inc. has an excellent opportunity for a Corporate Recruiter at our headquarters in Ewing, NJ.
Executes effective recruiting strategies and best practices to source, screen, select and hire high quality talent. Manages the full lifecycle recruiting process for all levels of the organization with an emphasis on student programs and entry level hiring. Manages projects related to staffing initiatives around process improvement and diversity recruiting.
Create a partnership with hiring managers and drive the staffing process to define recruiting strategies that yield success and predictable results for professional, intern/co-op and entry-level positions.
Source, screen and review resumes and credentials of external candidates (and internal candidates if appropriate) for appropriateness of skills, experience and knowledge in relation to position requirements.
Implement creative and cost effective sourcing strategies to attract top talent through effective database searches, networking, internet postings, job fair attendance, etc. Build strong candidate pipelines for future opportunities.
Assist in the development and execution of military and diversity recruitment efforts. Ensure business needs are met for student, military, and diversity hiring by evaluating and reporting on the ongoing effectiveness of these efforts. Conduct military and diversity recruiting including identification of sources and attendance at events.
Assist in the development, implementation and process improvement of recruitment policies, procedures, forms, strategies, etc. Conduct training for plant and corporate recruiters on recruiting process and use of applicant tracking system.
Provide support on special projects, including interview training, on-boarding initiatives, AAP, ATS, job board evaluation, and researching alternative sourcing solutions.
Education and Experience
BA/BS from an accredited institution in HR Management or relevant discipline required. Five plus years of relevant corporate experience required.
Prior experience with Applicant Tracking Systems required.
Experience managing student hiring programs strongly preferred.
Skills and Competencies
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, and project management skills. Ability to develop credibility and strong relationships with all levels of management and cross-function partners. Knowledge of human resources staffing, recruiting, market trends, compensation, etc.
