Cloudera is looking for a passionate talent acquisition professional that will deliver results. As a member of the recruiting team, you will be responsible for full-cycle activities including sourcing, engaging and screening candidates and managing the interview process. Additional responsibilities include deft utilization of our applicant tracking system, driving best practices, building on our burgeoning employment brand, and partnering with hiring managers and senior executives to ensure the company has the ability to deliver against strategic initiatives, revenue and product goals, and quarterly hiring targets.

Responsibilities:
  • Sourcing: ability to apply innovative recruiting techniques to actively identify and engage top talent across a variety of roles and functions, including G&A and Sales requirements
  • Managing the Process: desire to drive the recruiting process from start to finish. Functions efficiently, familiar with hiring best practices, constantly strives to improve results
  • Candidate Satisfaction: focused on building rapport and trust with candidates, passionate about employment brand
  • Partnering: works with hiring managers to develop, implement and manage recruiting strategies to consistently achieve against hiring goals
Requirements:
  • Expertise in passive sourcing, internet tools and applicant tracking systems (we use Jobvite)
  • Demonstrated success recruiting sales or G&A roles in a high-growth enterprise technology company
  • Self motivated, strong time management
  • Highly organized, attention to detail
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • 4 year University degree preferred
