The ideal candidate will work closely with Forum One directors to consistently identify and implement new and innovative means of attracting brilliant people to our team. Extensive experience with recruiting/staffing firms will be key in your ongoing challenge to think creatively about how to drive hiring results. You will be part of a team that is responsible for developing, implementing, and executing a broad recruiting strategy, with a particular emphasis on sourcing high-quality active and passive candidates.

Develop effective recruitment and sourcing strategies to produce a qualified and diverse candidate pool through creative methods (e.g., mining data from the internet, online databases, social media, internal databases, cold calling, competitor research, and industry events).
Work closely with our marketing team to design and implement hiring campaigns for online and niche recruiting events.
Facilitate and oversee the interview process by screening candidates to obtain a full understanding of availability, interest levels, salary range, relocation needs, and basic qualifications, while evaluating employment factors such as job experience, education, skills, training, fit with organization, and future potential.
Facilitate interview schedules, gather feedback, and keep recruiting pipeline updated.
