We’re looking for a talented individual who wants to help Games Workshop increase the sourcing volume and quality of candidates for each and every job need. You will be diligent in the hunt by always recruiting. You will have to be discerning in your decisions by gathering and using all relevant information. You will do this by identifying and using all resources available in your pursuit to reach more people.
You will be responsible for increasing Games Workshops sourcing volume and candidate quality for identified job needs. You will conduct all parts of the search process from launching the job project, to spreading the word, to screening the candidates. This results in a final selection center where a Games Workshop hiring authority can make a hiring decision. You will uphold Games Workshops culture and ethics and relentlessly search for others who will do the same.
