Garver seeks an in-house Corporate Recruiter to initiate and execute strategic recruiting efforts as company-wide staffing needs increase for experienced engineers, designers and administrative professionals.
This position will work alongside the existing Corporate Recruiter to assist hiring managers and internal clients with all sourcing, screening, interview and offer coordination. Open requirements can range from 15-25 at any given time, across all business lines and skill sets. Other responsibilities of this role will include:
Creating, posting and maintaining job descriptions and advertisements for open positions and ensuring consistency across all postings
Continue recruiting efforts to build networks and talent pools in new and existing markets for desirable skill sets through sourcing and relationship building
Assertively initiate contact with passive candidates for Garver openings and maintain candidate pipelines
Utilizing internal applicant tracking system to review applications and maintain candidate progress
Assisting hiring managers with drafting offer letters and providing compensation information
Assisting Corporate Recruiter with college recruiting and other recruiting events as needed
Collaborating with the marketing team to create social media, print and digital recruiting materials
Administrative duties such as initiating new hire process, conducting background checks and scheduling drug screens as needed
The ideal candidate for this role will have previous experience with professional recruiting in the A/E/C industry or professional services field and be able to prove strategic recruiting initiative. The ability to lead presentations to internal and external audiences is also strongly desired. A service-minded mentality, ability to self-motivate, strong organization and communication skills are necessary in this role.

This position could be located at our corporate headquarters in North Little Rock, Arkansas or Frisco, Texas office. Regional travel is also expected and on an as-needed basis.
