The Corporate Recruiter is responsible for staffing, including the recruitment and selection process of all hourly and salaried positions and compliance with applicable labor laws and Rainbow policies and procedures.
Analyze resumes, conduct initial phone interviews and on site interviews.
Research, identify, and locate candidates through innovative search methods – includes networking, internet search tools and mining
Present qualified candidates and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and provide direction throughout the process.
Communicate and provide direction and strategies for hard-to-fill positions
Research, develop, implement and recruitment/sourcing strategy
Research and understand functional markets intimately
Full-cycle recruitment engagement including effective manage requisition timeline and processing according to labor laws and Rainbow policies and procedures
Maintain communications with candidates throughout the process
Process management and improvement
Staff placement for direct care positions
HR projects/resposibilities as assisgned
Bachelors Degree in a related field of study or equivalent experience
Previous corporate recruitment and/or agency recruitment experience
Knowledege of Employment Law
Strong communication skills
Strong interpersonal skills
Ability and willingness to learn new skills
Ability and willingness to set priorities
Acceptable under the State of Michigan Good Moral Character Statute
Knowledgeable of HIPAA Privacy Rules
Must have a valid driver’s license
Acceptable driving record
Effective PC/Microsoft Office skills
Must be willing to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends as needed
High degree of flexibility, self-motivation and drive
Recruitment experience for health care industry preferred
Previous use and knowledge of ATS systems and other recruiting tools
Effective Internet skills to include Boolean search expertise and creative/innovative researching knowledge
